Was there July 9, 2025, late afternoon. Bathroom had piss all over the floor and toilet seat. Disgusting! Toilet paper had run out. Girl behind the cash scrolling on the phone. I was the only one in the store. I'll never be back! Well below standards!

Went tonight to Petro-Canada on brookdale looking for some type of cleaner, was at my boyfriends garage and we needed some due to a mess , only thing in store was class cleaning wipes and we needed a spray and the lovely lady Amrit (not sure if the spelling is correct but I think it’s the owners daughter) anyways she was so kind to give me their personal spray cleaner for me to use without any charge after offering to pay for it being it was their personal stuff , the fact that she went above and beyond is what I call amazing customer service! Thank you and your family for always being so kind (as I tend to go there often for gas and snacks)

I was looking for windex to clean the Inside of my windshield and they didint have any that they sell but the lady at the cash was super helpful and let me borrow the windex they hade and a micro Fibre cloth so I could wipe it down. Hands down the best customer service !

Petro-canada, I've sent pictures and emails to you at least 3 times over the years .....NOTHING HAS CHANGED. SAME LAZY STAFF THERE EVERY TIME I GET DESPERATE AND HAVE TO STOP IN THERE

Wouldn't use the bathroom or changetable here. This seems like another newly owned business that's trying to save on money by not buying the proper cleaning products, and by not cleaning. This washroom has not been cleaned in weeks at the least.
Don't drink their open beverages either, this was the water that came out of their hot water line for tea and coffee.
