The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable! My daughter Rosie wanted fishies for getting high honor roll this semester so we went in a bought a 4 Gal fish tank, she got live plants for it and 4 fish plus 1 snail! The lady said 1 fish per gal so Rosie is enjoying watching her 2 angel fish and 2 mollies swim!

Had my dog go in for a grooming appointment; it was at 10am. By 12:10 I had picked up my dog and was home. Only to learn that the groomer had cut her back nails too short and I ended up with blood all over my floor. I called back (right around 12:10) and was told the groomer had left for the day???? Maybe my dog was glitchy about her back nails being cut because she could FEEL how close you were to the blood vessel there!!! Animals have nerves and pain receptors too ya know!!

First time in this store and wow great help. My little one wanted a pet lizard so the staff was very detailed and took the time to help me find the right fit for a first time lizard family. They didn’t rush and answered all the questions. Though kits would have been nice but they seemed out of stock so the cost was higher. But the service made up for the price difference.

Worst customer service. Will not be going back prices are double what you can get off Amazon. The lady working at the fish area directs people to buy the wrong products and misinforms customers by giving false information any other pet store will give you the right information. Better off going to a different pet store. Don’t waste your time and money.

Horrible customer service. I received an online order of dog food and the bag came in with a huge hole in it. I brought it into the store in the original box it was delivered in and they refused to do anything about it. I checked the inventory online and it said there was bags in stock at the store and the worker stated “don’t believe what that says” and refused to go check the back for a new bag. Called the customer service number and they were very nice and helpful.
