It is pretty lousy bank overall in my eyes at the moment...for the past month I have been waiting to get a replacement card since it mysteriously stopped working at atms but not interac just a week after e-transfers to my landlord were declined bc the security found them suspicious I am told.I was assured by the teller at the bank he would place an order for a new card then found out last week no order was placed so I placed one myself Saturday and was following the status online until this morning.Went to check this evening and I can no longer check bc it only gives the option to order another card.I called to see why this might be, the first agent told me my card is on its way but when I asked why cant I see the status anymore she kept telling me it is on its way dont order another and hung up on me.Called again and talked to an agent he told me he cant do nothing and that I did not authentify the security questions the previous agent asked me and I have to go to the bank.I asked to speak to the supervisor or manager but he assured me they would not able to tell me anything different.Speaking to the manager he was quite full of himself and the phrase at the end of the day .. bc at the end of the day I am told that if I do not like the service or feel I am getting bullied or targeted or anything maybe I should leave...otherwise I should go to the bank with a letter from the bank addressed to my address on file or 2 pieces of i.d.
