While travelling on our vacation we experienced some problems with our Dodge Ram van. We brought it in to Riverside for repair in the morning of September 2. Although they had a very busy schedule that day, they appreciated the urgency for us to get back on the road, The van, being a1985, required a part that is no longer available. MIchel Groulx in Service, was able to locate a substitute part and ordered it in. When the part arrived, it was immediately looked after and repaired.
By close of day we were back on the road again.
We would like to thank Michel Groulx in Service, and the mechanic Mike for their excellent service and quick action, allowing us to continue on with our vacation plans.

Bought a used 2023 CX5 Signature at the beginning of August. Dustin did a great job and was super responsive during the whole process. If i had any questions or concerns, Dustin did his best to give me the most informed answers and even checked on me a week after my purchase to make sure everything had been going well.
I've been shopping around for a while and dealt with multiple sales reps in Ottawa and usually their knowledge was minimal and I was surprised that Dustin had actual knowledge of a vehicle outside of their brands.
Overall a very good experience.

This dealer ship tried to give me 8k on a trade in for a 2019 mits. Service is not good at all. I took my business to another dealership and my trade in was valued at 13 K and now drive a nice new wrangler . Cornwall Riverside - Do Better

They did awesome. We recently had service done, something went wrong 10 days later, we called them and after some back and forth everything was fixed and sorted out. We were very happy with the end results. Would recommend this dealership to others if you need service done. We mostly have had negative experiences with dealerships in our history with this truck but this was a positive one again finally. Thank you Riverside service team!

Only place I will ever have my Dodge Challenger serviced. I had to learn the hard way, don't go to a different garage if you own a Dodge, specially something like a Challenger or Charger! They work on these types of performance vehicles all the time, they l know what they are doing. The guys at the desk are super friendly and awesome too! Highly recommended!!!
The main sales guy, can't recall his name at the moment, he is super great to deal with and in a few years when I get rid of my 392 and ready to jump to a hellcat I will 100% be going through this dealership!

Bought a used Dodge Ram from Riverside Chrysler Cornwall .. had nothing but awesome service ... Had little issues with the truck but the service department took care of it with no charge ... A big thumbs up to all the staff ... They make you feel like part of a big family .

Just recently purchased a vehicle from here and had a great experience. Everyone i dealt with was very friendly, they quickly got all the extras i requested done and made for a very charming purchase. The salesman i worked with was Cliff, even though I purchased a vehicle they don't specialize in he explained everything about it and seemed very knowledgeable. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in what he does and he he very good at his job. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to stop by and take a look with them.

Bought a used 2021 Ram truck. Have it a little over 2 weeks, and now the 4-wheel drive won't work. Have a service 4 wh on dash. Have an appointment. But you think this would have been checked for safety before I picked it up when I bought it. I'm not happy with the Dodge dealer. Vehicles are no cheap. Spending your money you want a safe vehicle makes you wonder where their priorities are. Dodge is not the only dealer like this. That's why I went for a Dodge. Maybe I made a mistake. Just want to say that I brought the vehicle in for an appointment, and the issue was fixed.
