Scotiabank- the only bank that locks up their ABMs unless the tellers are there. The drive thru wouldn’t be so bad if somebody remembered to put any money in it. Even though I can go to my bank since it’s family day I have to go somewhere else and pay ATM fees just to take out cash like it’s 1977

Unbelievably unacceptable service. Our group has a Small Business Account, multiple attempts to reach our assigned account manager(s) is as exasperating as it is futile.Neither phone messages nor emails are responded to in a timely manner or not at all. "We will get back to you in 48 hours" on Linda W's voice mail, today is day 4, the one question I had was required for our monthly business meeting yesterday which I stipulated in my messages. That "48 hours" translation is "call you back in a couple of days if I have time and remember" unspoken "yeah keyword 'small' business account, they can wait."The one shining star in this branch has been Becky, cheerful, friendly and goes out of her way to be helpful. Thank you Becky.

My low rating is solely based on the bank's drive thru ,it is soooo slow ,barely ever let's you use it since it's down almost every time I go .I can't even deposit money !The bills have to be pristine or they get declined .I now go to my other bank to deposit and then etransfer money to this branch ,it's terrible !

Snobby clerks. Went in to get US funds and teller argues their terminal offers that option. When I'm at the terminal it clearly does not. When I asked if I could just exchange the money she acted as if I was making her life difficult. Sweetheart your job is to work, at a bank, not be rude and argumentative. Went to RBC instead and got great service.

Very poor customer service. I have been "helped" by a number of clerks who have been patronizing and rude at this location. The drive thru ATM is almost always out of order. I am not getting much out of my bank fees

By far the absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I was recently defrauded out of $10,000 through a bitcoin currency scam, Scotiabank would not refund the money when they were somewhat responsible for an Etransfer that could’ve been stopped. Had they been more efficient with their security and fraud team, this could’ve been avoided. When searching for a reliable place to keep your money, please be smart and look elsewhere! I was trying to call my officer to arrange another credit card for emergencies while I travel. I left many messages over a period of weeks and then someone called me saying she was not there. I could not make an appointment that day. I have been leaving messages for days and no on is calling me back.Time is running out. I think I will have to go to the Bank of Montreal and move all my accounts.

Too bad customer experience, negative opinions on this bank ...I strongly advise against all those who would like to open an account there cause there is nothing good from this bank ... and for those who are already there, Please close your accounts !!

They don’t deserve even one star because my money was stuck in their machine while depositing. They didn’t understand my problem however i went over there three times. I requested for getting my money back but they didn’t return my money. Bad service and zero staff cooperation ??????

1. First CSR on March30 closed my account without my authorization. My payroll didn’t get deposited due to this.2. Second CSR today April13 couldn’t get me an appointment to open an account so payroll can be processed. Everyone is “fully booked”.3. Third CSR was not even from daily banking department which she tells me after 16mins into the call!! Transfers me to the department responsible.4. Forth CSR who shouldn’t be working for Scotiabank!! She answered the call like she just woke up than puts me on another forever hold cause I asked to speak to her supervisor…I still have no solution to an error caused by Scotiabank…this is so unprofessional and I can’t believe their CSR are so under trained!!
