“The unitwas great. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was finished with my unit the end of August. I phoned and left a message to say I was vacating. I was charged for September. I missed the part of the contract asking for 10 days notice prior to ending the contract. I was hoping for some leniency. I know a contract is a a contract. I was thinking a little discretion and they could refund September. No such luck. So be aware. Other than that it was a overall good experience.

“In this freezing cold Saturday the truck I rented was warmed up before I got there. The gentleman I interacted with at this location was Eric. He is a true asset to your company. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He even went out to start the truck before I got in it to warm it up again. My interaction with Eric was about as positive of an experience I could have had. Please pass on my thanks to him. Also, Alex was great to deal with when dropping off the van. It was freezing when we left and when we got back! I am from Kingston and this is the third family move we’ve made since July- this U-haul location was the best! Thanks again. Did I mention that Eric was awesome?!”
