I went to the U-Haul building the next day to see what it was about.0 stars for that, not properly finished yet in my opinion, still unsafe for use”

“The unitwas great. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was finished with my unit the end of August. I phoned and left a message to say I was vacating. I was charged for September. I missed the part of the contract asking for 10 days notice prior to ending the contract. I was hoping for some leniency. I know a contract is a a contract. I was thinking a little discretion and they could refund September. No such luck. So be aware. Other than that it was a overall good experience.
