In to pick up a print, line up of 3 with the print desk attendant attending to someone looking to make a shipment (now on 15min of wait time), go to see the 2 non occupied checkout clerks about just grabbing my paid for print told there's someone there to deal with everyone. Genius, 1 person for a family and 3 people in line with hardly anyone else in the store and checkout clerks standing around. One couple already left. Finally the checkout clerk came over and told me next time to just go grab it since it was visibly sitting on the desk behind the checkout counter. Have to say, not much different from my last experience at the store where they were having people checkout at the print desk and clerks were trying to juggle handling people looking to make shipments and people checking out, leading to ridiculous wait times for regular checkout. Leaving this review as feedback for their implementation of shipping, its led to such a degradation of their core services that I might stop shopping here

I bought a new computer, my old computer was 10 years old and would not upgrade to Windows 11. Staff was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. The computer had very good specks and was on sale; so I purchased the additional insurance. There was a minor misunderstanding with the insurance that was explained to me the next day. So far everything is good with the computer and insurance.

I bought the new printer from there around 300$ cannon after 4 months it’s not working,I went back they’re saying contact cannon,we can’t do anything ..,I try to tired reaching cannon..
😭😢👎 ,not suggesting here ..,buy from Best Buy or somewhere ..

I never had any bad experience before at any Staples except today. All the staff members are always kind and helpful. However, I went to staples today just to buy and print few stuff. A lady named Charline just jumped on me at the entrance (she didn't even let me enter into the store) and said we are not accepting returns. Well, I wasn't there for any returns anyway. And, there was no greeting or even a simple Hi. I told her I am here to buy some stuff and print my documents. I always go there and they provide me scissors and tape if we need. But she was like I cant provide you anything you have to buy it in a very rude way. The other day I did shop for around $350. The boy helped with all the kindness and good service.

So went in to purchase one ink cartrage, walked to one cash booth , sales persone was talking to the manager , hes mention pay at other cashier I go 3 over near entrance door , cash is closed i look at manager and sales person ,manager looks at me no response , sales person that was selling cell phone service , he asked if I was interested then said are wanting to pay for item , I said yes oh cashier is at the far end oh I said well I'll just purchase my ink online .wow why no cashier where they normally are at doors, lost a sale and not first time I purchased two cell phone and laptop
went to bestbuy that was because of the manager ,that was awhile back. That was $ 2,000 I spent one Christmas at bestbuy .

Recently my 81 yrs old aunt went to staples to buy a simple cheap house phone. Someone helped her with it but when she saw the price she said to you have something cheaper. The person helping her asked if she had a cell phone,they could give her a discount on both phone if she did. The tech guy started telling her what he as going to do so she agreed but she specifically said she didn’t want to switch from bell her current cell provider. He told her it was going to be with virgin and also said that both providers are together now. So she proceeded with what he was doing because she told she was still going to be with one bill from bell at the end of the month. He neglected to tell her that. So it wasn’t until she showed a text from virgin saying she owed 49$. Searching her phone I found out that she was switched to virgin. She was so upset and started getting anxiety. She felt like she was scanned. She is very French and he did not speak English very well so there was a lot of confusion with her. She taught he was doing the right thing for her. She couldn’t get a refund from staples but virgin at the Cornwall square was able to help her and get back a plan with bell and a plan similar to what she had. So beware to seniors out there don’t asked for discounts or something cheaper. She said it was a nightmare for her. She’s stress free now. All this for a 5$ discount on a house phone. ??
