Terrible new branch. Bring a book for the long wait times. The drive through ATM is set at a terrible height for any vehicle. It’s recessed in that you can’t reach any buttons. Two branches were ideal they are clearly pushing people to bank online. The elderly get stuck waiting.

Horrible bank with even worse service. Pulled my personal and corporate acct out of here and my mortgage is next. My wife has to deal with the bank but she’ll be switching very soon as well. I’ve been in the parking lot for 1hr30min waiting

I couldn’t ask for better service.I’m new to Cornwall,and I was treated as if I’ve been a member of the branch for years!…Lori was absolutely fantastic in assisting me with my banking needs.She went the extra mile to make sure my transaction was done In the fastest way possible!..Thank you so much Ali and Lori for everything!

Personal in branch service has been very good, friendly & sufficient staff seem to get me through even the longer line-ups nicely.The 1 Star however is that the branch lacks a phone number to reach them and speak with a live representative.The 932-0204 for questions or appointments essentially says "Don't bother us, make your own appointment online "to better serve you" and then promptly disconnects you.That does not better serve me, it serves you the bank.Ignorant and rude.Not even an option to speak to a human, just hangs up on you.Fair enough "TD Bank Contact . . . DELETED" same thing right?

Went in to get help ( customer service ) face to face. Bank manager told me to go on line to fix the problem. I explained I had tried to do this but not working !! His solution .....go on line sir. People skills zero !!

Absolute horror show.Worst bank you can sign up with.I'm a new customer, although I did have an account with TD years ago (was with RBC for several years, no issues with them). I decided to return as my car auto loan is with them. It's been a month in an absolute nightmare. They keep locking my account (hello, embarrassing and inconvenient as heck) and then when you go into the branch they can't help you. You're forced to call a toll free number (the "Fraud department) to validate if you made the purchases on file... No word of a lie, hold time is OVER 2 hours! Bank manager was useless too. NO ONE at the bank can help you with this problem, how absurd). It's been a month of nothing but problems, so I'm giving you this advice, if you're looking for a bank, I highly recommend you stay away from TD. I'm already looking for a new financial institution and closing this account with TD before I stress myself any more. My opinion is... Two big thumbs DOWN.

Shari the bank manager is fantastic some of there employees don’t know what they’re doing which is infuriating when getting mortgages or. Line of credits but Shari was able to fix the issues and very understanding so her personally would give 10 stars to!

I needed a document for a client and Mrs. Thurgood went above and beyond to get it done. She was able to get back to me within 5 minutes, which was impressive, and was very pleasant the whole time. Wish she worked at my local branch

90% of the time if not the drive through ATM all usually are down with maybe one working huge inconvenience

14 people in line and 2 tellers open.Imagine if they didn't make BILLIONS EVERY 4 MONTHS OFF OUR MONEY.Really make you think ???? .Think maybe its time to give credit unions a try.

Was at bank today as we needed to see a real person and was in line from 9:45am until 10:17 am when someone finally came out to say the branch was closed. No signage or anything saying they were closed. Even the website says they are open. So ? ?

3 thumbs down, since they have opened this new location, there atm drive through has worked once, I go weekly to use the atm it is always “temporarily out of order” 9/10 times don’t even bother calling TD about the situation because the answer you receive is “ if we get enough complaints, we will fix it” some new building they are running. Currently they have 1 out of 3 inside atm machines working and no drive through. Apparently banks don’t make enough money to fix there broken machines to better serve customer. Your forced to make another stop at a corner store and now pay a fee to receive cash that you should be able to get from your banking establishment.

TD Bank has the most courteous staff. Always prepared to assist a customer. I have been a customer for many years. No complaints at all. They go the extra mile for you. You always see a smile when you walk in..Service with a smile is true at TD Bank

I just completed dealing with TD. I made a typo on an etransfer to my church which I required assistance with. I am a senior and needed assistance. At the same time I dropped an overdraft thatI no longer required. The lady who assisted me was polite and courteous.Today, I received written acknowledgement re the overdraft signed by an Associate VicePresident Personal Lending. This person is the reason for my low rating.The notification was addressed to my late wife who passed away in October 2019 and the bank was provided copies of both her Will and Certificate of Death.I am not a teckie but believe the bank is.I found this terribly hurtful.

Unacceptable waiting line due to COVID19. The only bank in town with crazy lines. I need to go as business customer; need to pay government HST and deposit. Bank opens at 10 am and line was at least 2 hrs long at 9h30.
