Got here before the store was meant to close and the women told me that they closed at 4:30 (it wasnt 4:30 yet).I get that going to stores before they close can be a pain because the staff want to clock off but their rude attitude has put me off coming back. If they were nicer I would have loved to support such a thrift store. Very disappointing

Prices are excellent, Salvation Army and Agape are the best thrift stores in Cornwall for sure. The fact that they go above and beyond for the community makes it all the more worthwhile.

My go-to for supporting a local thrift store! The Salvation Army is the only thrift store I support in Cornwall! I always feel welcomed and I find their prices are absolutely spot on! Grateful to such a fantastic management at this location - its always a pleasant experience.

Sad to see. This place used to be great. Now when i go in its not. Its understaffed and the staff that is there is stressed and overwhelmed. You cab just see it in their faces. Went in yesterday and they poor girl at the cash seemed on the edge of breaking down because of how stressed she was. So many customers and not enough help. When a worker is this stressed out its not good to see. You guys need more help up front.

Went to buy some paddles that I discovered were priced higher than retail. I pointed it out to the manager but she didn’t seem to like that and decided she would be very difficult for no apparent reason. She said she was was too busy to do a price adjustment ( there was two people walking around the store ) so instead she preferred to lose the sale. I’m still utterly confused that she for some reason chose to be so difficult and would prefer to lose the sale.

Over priced, dirty clothes. And they scam customers by charging Sales Tax. They are a church, means they are Tax Exempt. I know because I worked with them in Northern Ontario.
