Recently, I’ve felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe at that location due to repeated negative interactions with individuals residing on the adjacent property. These encounters involved aggressive tones and rude comments that made waiting at the stop feel distressing.

When I reported this to Cornwall Transit, they took my concerns seriously, made me feel heard, and took steps to help ensure my safety. They also offered additional support if the issue continues. I’m truly grateful for how compassionate and responsive the team was in handling this situation.
