Some of the Merchandise is good, a lot is out of boxes, missing parts for the prices they're asking not worth buying you'd only have to return it...

After having visited the store over a dozen times, I'll rate it a 3/5. Treasure Hunt seems to be like a thrift store, but with items that aren't too old and usually come with a discount. You can find items for exercises, electronics (good place to find older cords and phone cases), clothing, bedding, kitchen ware, school supplies, etc. But, as few have pointed out, there is a catch. Some items are dented or even broken. You should be weary when it comes to buying exercise equipment, because I've found some that are missing bolts or have a broken mechanism.Furniture and artistic items are still quite expensive in there. I can't see myself spending $200 for a tiny shelf or $100 on a chair. If you're looking for cheap furniture, try a place like ReStore or Value Village, it's probably cheaper there for bigger items (though try to avoid delivery). However, I definitely had more luck finding electrical cords (A/V cables, HDMI extensions) at Treasure Hunt, so there's that.As for cashiers, it's a bit of a gamble. Today we dealt with a woman who rang up the wrong price, refused to correct her mistake, wouldn't look us in the eyes, and acted like she wanted the whole store to burn down. However, the week before, I had a wonderful cashier, who called me over and kept a smile all the way throughout my purchase. To be truthfully honest, that seems to be a common trend in Cornwall, where you either meet a great cashier who makes your trip worthwhile with their lovely smile, or miserable ones who hate their jobs and anyone who dares to speak to them (no matter what age they may be).But to not leave a bitter taste in your mouth, I shall speak of some positives regarding Treasure Hunt. There, I've found so-called "door hanging organizers" in which I store seasonings on the kitchen door, button batteries for small electronics, a foldable HDMI adapter (to go 90 degree without bending the wire), 4K HDMI cord, curtains and blankets, few cheap binders, and various other knickknacks. It's a good place to find some cheap items, but isn't for shoppers who don't have the time to inspect each item before purchase.

Used to be a lot better. Mostly broken junk with missing pieces. Clothes and food seems to be their best products now.

I go here all the time, and every once in a while one of my children has to go to washroom witch 100% of time there has been no issue at all and today this rude employee wouldn't let a 6 year old go to the bathroom an apparently there is no bathroom kinda funny how that is, can go to try something on but can go to bathroom. Horrible for a 6 year old to rush to subway to go to bathroom. But hey least subway knows it's just a kid. I'll keep my money and shop else were now thats treasure hunt

A bit overwhelming to go through a lot of merchandise but worth the effort. Really good shoes for cheaper price ?. You just have to go at least every 2 weeks to find the newest deals.
