“In this freezing cold Saturday the truck I rented was warmed up before I got there. The gentleman I interacted with at this location was Eric. He is a true asset to your company. He was very pleasant and accommodating. He even went out to start the truck before I got in it to warm it up again. My interaction with Eric was about as positive of an experience I could have had. Please pass on my thanks to him. Also, Alex was great to deal with when dropping off the van. It was freezing when we left and when we got back! I am from Kingston and this is the third family move we’ve made since July- this U-haul location was the best! Thanks again. Did I mention that Eric was awesome?!”

“U-Haul as a company I strongly dislike but they are lucky they have good employees like Chris at this location who can quickly clean up the appointment messes the U-Haul company makes. Chris was very professional; I was upset about my reservation and he was understanding, nice and quick to assist.

“We came through Cornwall on our way East with a 20 foot uhaul truck. We felt that it was overloaded and wanted to upgrade to the larger 26 footer. The dealer assisted us with the upgrade with some assistance from areas general manager, then allowed us to unload and load in the back lane behind his business. They checked on us all day and offered assistance where they could. We are thankful for all they did for us as it was a harrowing day.”
