Our experience with Virgin Plus was excellent. The sales associate was very accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome. The application process was quick and efficient, and all our queries were answered promptly. Colin is the most intelligent and awesome. Young man I was so frustrated. It took me 8 months to resolve a situation that he took care of in less than a 1/2 an hour. I will be coming to the phone center more often. You got great employees. Thanks, so much many blessings.
