Leo, Darcy, Jason, Andrew and the young lady were all awesome! I now have all of my products protected by Walker. Everyone is friendly, respectful, happy and easy to communicate with. Leo took the time to notice and point out potential issues with my air conditioner. I respect his honesty and integrity. Darcy didn't try to oversell and wasn't pushy. Andrew showed compassion when he had to tell us that our tank couldn't be fixed and that we needed a new one. I highly recommend Walker and am pleased to have found a one spot shop for all my needs. Thank you for helping us so quickly with our leaking tank and exceeding our expectations.

I had my fireplace repaired today and the technician was great and I would recommend him highly but sadly as of late my dealings with Walker Climate Care has gone down. I had some trouble with my gas fireplace and the technician who attended stated at that time he had to order a part for it. I called the office a
few days later and spoke to the office staff and inquired about the part and sadly the part was not ordered and the issues then continued. When I would call to inquire about the part or a date when they would attend they stated that they would call but never did, so I guess customer service sucks hence the two stars.

We’ve been dealing with Walker Climate Care for approximately 6 years now. Their technicians have always arrived when they said they would and have always been professional. We recently replaced our geothermal system with a new Nordic system. Unexpectedly, it was discovered that the water softener had to move to make room for the new system. They moved it without any additional charges. When they left, the area was neat and tidy, as if they were never there. Absolutely recommended. Walker Climate Care.

The second review, the service was good. The first thermostat he brought was new would not work On my Furnace so he went back to the shop and found a used one that still keeps Rebooting every 10 to 15 minutes the cost of it was over $1000 which that I did not appreciate mostly because it’s a used thermostat. I’m hoping that I will get it fixed properly by the end of this week . (This is the first rating )Great service rate from the get-go I called in for help friendly service and had a service guy within an hour. The service guy Edward wasn’t awesome pleasure to meet Great job thank you PS my cat says sorry for your allergies
