I wanted to use a giftcard I got for myself . I was buying two regine energy drinks when I swiped my giftcard it did not work even though I bought it. The lady who helped me was very disrespectful to me and my child this has happened twice to me with giftcards.

Opens super early and closes late too!! Never seen a Walmart like that! It’s a mega store too..lots of stuff in stock too!! Very spacious parking too

A few things I guess…less selection and more cost $$ it’s also Sunday evening it says they are open till 10 pm however not opened. Might be because of Thanksgiving but a note on the door would be nice!
And last but not least I was told very rudely that I was to bag my own items the last time I was here ..I don’t mind bagging them but the way I was spoken to not greatly appreciated. Walmart Cornwall has went downhill so much since covid …I’ll take my business to Vaudreuil it’s not that much further for me.

Earlier in 2024, Walmart refitted the food section of its Cornwall store (and many others in Canada), drastically reducing shelf space but increasing aisle space, and in the process stopped selling many of the products that customers actually wanted; for instance, instead of a wide range of cheese slices, only one pack was available, the largest and most expensive one. The result was that Walmart turned itself into a very spacious convenience store, okay for basic purchases but lacking the large choice necessary for a proper food store. It was an very silly decision, and no surprise that much of it has now been reversed with a further revamping and products returned to the shelves, but, for instance, where is the large range of cold meats at reasonable prices that Walmart used to sell?
In future I will be very choosy about when I visit Walmart and what I buy there. There are plenty of other food stores around who are happy to have my business, and who show a lot more respect for it. The saddest thing is that, for all Walmart's dominance in the North American market, it appears to have no knowledge of what its customers actually want.

This pharmacy is the worse I've been at takes usually 2 or 3 days to fill my prescriptions I will have to move on to somewhere else for better service

The clothes suck,alot of the foods have too much water added, and many foods often lower quality.
Lower prices are actually a scam in the long if the product breaks down earlier.
Store is noisy,too crowded,and a horrible shopping experience.
When I get my next big pay raise,I will go shop at good small stores downtown.

From one week to another you HIKE UP prices! Great value OJ has been 97 cents for a weeks. This week, 1.98!!! That's a 100% hike. Completely unreasonable!! Other items have gone up by 50%. Greed!

It says "no overnight parking"...we spent a night with the trailer without being notified...and there were 5 trailers in total.

This is the worst walmart I have ever seen in terms of having their advertised items in stock, today 3 sale items that I wanted were not in stock. I have discussed this with management and they don't seem to care, they just give lip service to the problem. Why waste your customers time and money going to your store to buy sale items that you do not have in stock?
Very poor management.

I was shopping for patio set found one online for 399.00,drove 30 minutes to pick it up at store price was 50.00 more when I got home and noticed receipt.. I used my time my gas had to ask neighbors to help unload it, shouldn't it be the other way around!!!!!!! I saved Walmart gas and to have to pay wages for 2 men to deliver, I want what I saw it advertised for...... I'm not even going to rant about trying to talk to someone about this online that was another nightmare!!!!!!

Always have what I need except that 1 time.it was a crazy mad house in there that day I needed McDonalds perk coffee actually they didn't have much prolly a check day I'm assuming,luckily they have a McDonald's there I was able to get my coffee went back few hours later and it was all restocked
