My connection to Stuart Gordon and Marc Philippe began through my eldest son, David. His search for the perfect engagement ring for Emily led us to Gordon Jewellers, close to his workplace (Huza Law Office) in The City of Cornwall, setting in motion our own experience of the store’s impact.
The search for a ring evolved into something profoundly meaningful.
After hearing about the experience David had, my wife Diane and I decided to bring in several family pieces that needed care and restoration, including Diane’s wedding ring, along with our mothers’ and grandmothers’ wedding rings, some over 100 years old.
That first visit introduced me to Stuart Gordon.

Weeks later, when I returned to pick everything up, I met Marc Philippe. Just like Stuart, he carried the same welcoming spirit and deep care for the people and community around him.
In a world often hurried and transactional, Gordon Jewellers remains anchored in timeless values: craftsmanship, integrity, relationships, and heart.
Founded in the 1940s and led by Stuart since 1982, Gordon Jewellers is not just a jewellery store; it is a symbol of community and trust, integral to Cornwall’s identity.
