They won't return items even with a receipt. Shoes that im unable to wear as they hurt my feet. Lesson learned I won't be back. Unsellable ya right just completely rude employees that won't honour a recipt you have to wear the shoes for at least a day to break them in. But if I didn't wear the shoes at all they'd refund me makes absolutely no sense. Ohh I called before going in to the store to return the girl on the phone said yes we can return them. So I made a trip from the other end of town for nothing to be told no we can't take these back which is b.s. Buyer beware!

I LOVE winners … you never know what you will find.
I was really excited when winners moved closer at the newer location next to walmart - but at the same time I have been disappointed by some changes that took effect once they moved.
Their food/supplement section.
- they used to have a much larger section for food items and a wide variety of supplements and health products but most of the time when I go they don’t have anything
Clothing Sizes
- I used to love shopping for bras and panty sets here. Now - any time I go - they have maybe - MAYBE- a handful of items in my size and the selection is really disappointing. I’m an XL - 2XL and it is frustrating that I can never find my size anymore
Shoe Sizes
- I know size 10 is not the most common shoe size for women - I also know there are still many women with this shoe size. The “cute” shoes they are usually selling and have 500 pairs of never seem to be available in my size ??
Product cost more than at Walmart
- ok this one made me cry a little. Last week I purchased Cosrx snail mucin serum for 24.99. I walked over to walmart and discovered they sell the same one for 21.99. (Painful)
Now the good
* They have easily accessible public washrooms
* store is usually very clean and organized (if you don’t count the discount shelves)
* I like having a place to shop korean beauty in person
* they sometimes have products I normally have to order from Sephora
* they sometimes have honey scented body butter
* unique variety of snack foods
*sometimes the discount rack items can be amazing steals (just pay attention to the discount amount)
* Bus stop directly beside building
* conveniently located near walmart, dollar tree, lcbo, A&W

Went shopping today and the person working at the change room was incredibly rude. Made it seem like I was an huge inconvenience for trying cloths on. Never in my life have a seen that bad of customer service.
