“I recently got into an accident where a pickup truck rear ended my Hyundai SUV. I was referred to Ontario Motor Sales as they are an authorized body shop for Hyundai vehicles. Starting from my first phone call with Samantha to the final delivery of my car with Chris and Engelo, the body shop/collision centre team was so pleasant and easy to deal with. It was my first time getting into an accident and I really appreciated the support and guidance I got from Engelo throughout the entire process. “I had someone come into my lane and sideswipe the the rear passenger section of my brand new 4 month old truck which I was extremely upset about. My insurance recommended this Carstar location to me so I gave them a shot. From the beginning communications with Danielle all the way to the end with Vas and his team doing the repairs, I was very happy with the end results.
I only use my personal mechanic for all of my vehicles but had to use a dealership for one my cars warranty repairs this past year and they ended up damaging 2 wheels and the front bumper and not even have the courtesy to admit they did it. Just gave my key back and hoped I wouldn't notice which I did, I won't mention the dealership as they did rectify the situation by paying for all repairs (I did not want them fixing it so they just paid). Anyways, this is to say, I don't trust anyone except my mechanic but Vas was great and walked around my vehicle with me and any little smudge I noticed, he cleaned on the spot which was no actual damage, just residue and whatnot.”
