The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, personable, kind, honest, and thorough. They are super friendly, very nice, really fair, and a great group to deal with. The service goes above and beyond, with staff being very kind, courteous, and willing to lend items or give great deals to help customers, even in emergencies. Customers highly recommend Reflections Pools for all pool and hot tub needs, including purchases, liner replacements, heater installations, salt system conversions, openings, closings, cleaning, and equipment. The pricing on chemicals and equipment is great and comparable. While occasional problems or delays can arise, the overall experience leaves customers very satisfied and loyal, making it their chosen place for all pool needs.

We came in about 20 min to close with a little pool emergency. Needed a pole for our net. The owner was super friendly and gave us a great deal to ensure we didn't leave without what we needed. Would recommend. Owner was very nice and friendly. Thank you

The owner is nice, really fair and honest and a great guy to deal with. He's not the closest to me, but with the drive.
