This guy is a real piece of work Pere Armengol owner of Lagom and Heirlooms in Creemore. He stands and screams at customers and owners of Creemore Bakery simply because they have too many customers, too much foot traffic. Are you kidding me??? Kudos to Creemore Bakery for bringing business into the town to begin with!! FYI the President of the BIA also joined and complained which is ironic as she also owns the other cafe in Creemore. Businesses downtown are not saying anything, what the heck is happening here? Stand up for women in small business you should all be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!

Great selection, and a fantastic shopping experience. Staff provide excellent, professional and friendly help. I always find something for my little one - and more often than not something for me!

I’m town for the day to do some exploring.Cute little shop with a variety of unique items. Connected to Heirloom 142 which is just next door.I believe they change up their inventory depending on the season. Since we went in winter they had winter items like mitts and scarves, warm slippers and such. Appear to be good quality.Friendly, welcoming staff. Clean and organized atmosphere. Definitely worth it to stop in if your in the area.

My experience with this store was amazing. I saw a segment on Cityline and wanted to buy the beautiful candles that were featured. I called the store to check on availability and within a very short period of time received a call back from Pere to discuss what I was looking for. I placed my order online on Thursday and by Sunday my order was delivered to Burlington. The candles are exquisite and they arrived very securely and beautifully wrapped. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I will be shopping with Lagom142 again!

Very rude. Almost felt humiliated when I asked the owner very politely if they had any sale on Ethnicraft similar to other stores. Instead of letting me know their store policy he started saying I should not shop around or try to haggle. He was almost shouting at me over the phone for just enquiring. Not called for even if he was having a bad day. Was considering purchasing items more than 15K from them, but will never recommend this store to anyone now because of his tone and the way he spoke. You may have a nice store and a good collection but so do other stores, that does not give you the right to speak poorly to customers. Please treat your customers with dignity. In response to your reply in which you very conveniently refuse to acknowledge what happened. No I did not request you for a discount. I called the shop and asked if you carried Ethnicraft and if you have any floor items to view or purchase, to which your sales associate very happily responded that you have many floor models available for sale and she handed over the phone to the owner who she said was near by. I simply enquired from the owner if they had a discount on Ethnicraft products similar to Black Friday sales that were being offered at most of the other stores carrying Ethnicraft - Please note there are many like Modern Komfort, Stylegarage, Hopson Grace, GR shop that have a similar inventory as yours. And no your response was anything but polite after that. The moment I mentioned that the only reason I am asking if you have any sale is because of sales at some of those stores, you suddenly lost your cool. You didn't give me any chance to even speak after that. You didn't politely tell me three times that you don't. You started yelling and said - " Don't try to shop around and haggle , we are not that kind of a store. If other stores have sales go there " And please acknowledge you were angry and shouting. I was reeling and speechless on the other end at your sudden outburst and I am still reeling that someone can speak to someone in that way, let alone a client who is calling with every intention of placing an order, sale or no sale. Also pls understand that I had to buy a Dining table, 8 chairs, sideboard and a sofa and given that these products retail for a lot a customer would enquire if there is sale especially at time of Black Friday sales. It is not criminal to enquire. A sincere acknowledgement of your uncalled for outburst is all that was needed, I don't even expect an apology. We are all human and can have bad days.
