Awful customer service by gentleman with white hard hat. We brought in our ariens lawn mower for a spark plug and air filter, the lady inside helped us out and sold us the what they said was the proper parts. She told us the gentleman with the white hard hat would help us with that. I asked the gentleman with white hard hat on what size socket to remove old spark plug as new one was a different size. He brought a wrench and socket but was wrong size, he then left to help other customers and when he came back, he told us it wasn’t the place to be trying to get the old spark plug out as he didn’t have mechanics in today and he needed to serve the customers in the front. I told him I would do it myself but just needed the proper socket. He said either figure it out on your own or leave the mower here, he then walks away and closes the garage door. All we wanted to know was what size socket do we need to remove old spark plug and put the new one on. He seemed very annoyed with us and rather rude! We’ll take our business elsewhere!

Stopped by for some details about zero turn mowers and Bill and Becky provided excellent service and really took his time to walk me through everything. Although I'm not quite ready to make the purchase, he was happy to answer all my questions. When ready I'll be purchasing our next zero turn from Cumberland Power Equipment.
