This location is small but very well run generally when I've been there , I have to say the staff are excellent, professional and polite, unfortunately on two occasions I've had to ask for a refund regards there roast beef cravable sandwiches being served on stale dried out bread , last visit with my wife she had a chicken soup that was served with the same type of bun and same issue ,,,,If your bread buns are stale don't serve it because you need to get rid of it , I don't blame the staff as they must be instructed to ignore the obvious.( Update )Next day I had a spare 20 minutes so figured as the owner ( see below ) reached out in this reviewId followed the instructions to leave a comment via app , no joy couldn't figure were you do that for that specific location , called the 1888 number and waited gave up after 15 minutes on hold ,,,, as I'm sure countless others must do .So , as I figured just a feel good automated message with no intensions of true customer service , really really sad .

Roast Beef Craveable two thin pieces of beef unlike the Beef Craveables served at any other location that have enough Beef you can taste it. I didn't take a picture.Loaded Bowl was so disgusting I could not eat it. The meat was old and hard, hardly any lettuce. Not at all what I expected!Classic Chicken Wrap not sure what meat was in it but it tasted more like tuna than chicken and it was mush, yes mush no solid meat chunks at all. One bite and tossed it out the window.

When you hire ppl that can barley speak English. Why I repeat why do you put them on the drive thru window I didn't know I have to hit 1 for English to order a coffee. I shouldn't have to repeat my self 5 times then drive to the window and she still couldn't understand. 3 1/2 milk 2 sugar. Native reserve. Feather not dot. This isn't acceptable wake up tim Hortons do better.

Nice location overall with friendly service and fresh food and coffee. No complaints on my first visit here.

The lady making the food that night DID NOT pay attention to the order I ordered a turkey bacon club, I had asked for NO TOMATO, and cut in half. When I finally got my order the sandwich had TOMATO on it and not cut in half. I had ask the if they can make me a new one the girl took my food back and took off the TOMATO and handed it back. I asked for anew one due to allergies but she told to take she will not make a new one. Told me to leave and she was new. Still no excuse when someone has an allergies you CAN NOT HUST TAKE THE TOMATO OFF AND HAND IT BACK

An employee named Helen was very nice, well spoken, was knowledgeable about the menu and I got exactly what I wanted. The restaurant was clean and they had a great selection of all their food. But Helen made my experience great!! I look forward to returning Thanks.Answering your response:Helen is always so nice, cheerful and friendly. She always greets me with a smile and looks at me when she is speaking to me. I feel heard. She is witty too so when I have to wait for my food, I enjoy her conversation very much.

Ordered a cafe latte. Jot was very impressive and made an excellent coffee. Probably one of the best Tim Hortons coffee I ever had.

Today was our second visit to this Tim Hortons and it’s dirty. Both visits we found the tables were dirty and there’s food on the floor. During the first visit my husband ordered a medium regular dark roast and the fellow behind the counter gave him a double double. My husband reminded him of what he actually ordered and the fellow gave him reg coffee blah blah and again my husband reminded him of his actual order. The man got angry and said next time my husband had better get it right. ?. I highly recommend getting a receipt when you order as proof of what you asked for.
