So grateful for the help Axle gave us. Our car broke down on the way to the USA, and we lost some parts. Miraculously we were able to get back on the road that same day, and the cost was more than reasonable. Thanks so much for your effort once again!

Stopped for coffee in Deep River. My fob and key came apart. The key alone would not re-start the car. Walked over to this garage, an employee came out to my car and managed to start the car and send me on my way - no charge. I drove to a dealership and purchased a new fob/battery. I am forever grateful. Many many thanks again!!!

Traveling from Ottawa to Sturgeon Falls. Engine light came on and car wasn't running well. We stopped at Canadian tire to see if we could get a diagnosis but even refused to take 2 minutes to put themachi e on. These guys dropped everything and came to our rescue ? thank you so much.

Staff was very friendly and I would have been happy to give them my business.I came in from out of town with a wheel (removed from truck) that had a slow-leak. Unfortunately, I was turned away as the garage was too busy to help me - they had two mechanics on vacation at the same time and were booked full. I was then referred to the only other "garage" in town that used to deal primarily in tires. It is a shame that I was bounced as my tire patch and balance job (internal patch!) only took me 30 minutes to complete.
