They’ve never made an error filling a prescription either, which is a big problem I’ve encountered at pretty much every other pharmacy. Sam is an exceptional Pharmacist who is incredibly knowledgeable and has a clear passion for his work. He always takes the time to explain things clearly and answer any questions, making sure you feel comfortable, informed, and confident in the care you receive.
Sarah deserves an honourable mention as well. She is someone who will, without a doubt, always go out of her way to help. She has such a natural way of connecting with people, making every interaction feel positive and personal. She always greets me with a smile, and is incredibly patient and understanding, especially as I can be quite forgetful. She helps me keep track of things, always gives reminders when I need them, and always makes sure I have everything I need.
