I’ve been going to Marta for several years and she’s always been very professional and courteous with me and my family. She listens and gives the type of cut that is asked for and offers helpful suggestions when asked. Marta has a good eye for style!

I don’t know what the process is for hiring people at first choice haircutters, but maybe you shouldn’t let people with no experience cut hair.She literally ruined my next month of life. guess I have to buy more hats thanks to this tattooed incompetent “hair stylist” . Needless to say I’m never going back to this first choice haircutters, and I’ll think twice before going to any other first choice again. I was charged less because she knew she butchered my head.I want my money back. And I’d like my contact information removed from your system.For now I would not suggest anyone go to first choice at keel and Wilson, you’d be better off going to a dog groomer.

My 11 year old son is very picky with his hair and was happier with his haircut here than his last cut which was at a more expensive salon. Great service

I just want to say thank you to bring this review to my attention. Well like to say that there are three stylist at this location at Keele and Wilson are amazing. They are Marta, Monica and shareen. I went somewhere else and did a lousy job I had Monica to fix my hair. They know how to cut women and men hair. No complaints. Also I came here for years. Another thing is it good to book appointment s in advance. Thanks again Janet ?. Ps beware of Mary

So I had read many of the reviews that were posted. I wasn't feeling too confident but I thought I would give them a chance. Upon arrival I must say the person who greeted me initially was very harsh in her tone of voice while speaking to me. The other lady who graded me was absolutely friendly. So at this point I already had my backup. But I must say that I'm not completely happy with the haircuts that my son and I received. I've had worse. I may actually give them another chance to see if it is any better the second time around. But if not I'm still going to be looking for a new place to go to have my haircut.

Terrible customer service. Mary at Wilson And Keele was beyond incredibly rude and abrasive. Down right nasty and felt extremely entitled to her opinion. My hair cut was OK. . She must rely on walk ins because I can’t imagine anyone asking for her again. First choice should be ashamed of such poor service. Your prices are not near cheap enough to put up with that.Service: Hairstyling

I walked in hoping my to get my son a haircut. Upon entering, not a single person greeted us but one person looked over at us. I asked her if they could take my son. She did not respond to me, but looked at her coworker who then responded. She was short with us and rude. Said “maybe we can take you in half an hour”. Maybe? So I’m going to sit her and possibly NOT get seen? Then she said they close at 3 and to not leave because they won’t take us after 2:30.I saw there was a salon across the street so I called them and was greeted so kindly. I left First Choice for them. I refuse to spend my money and tip rude people.

Have been going there for a few years now. Staff are courteous and friendly. Place is clean and tidy. Always pleased on my haircut.

I wish I can give 0...The worst experience I ve ever encounter. I book an appointment online. Showed up 5 min before. I entered and greet them. One of them just looked at me, andThe other one ignored me completely. I waited 10min and still nobody said a word. When I was waiting, another Spanish speaking lady walking. The younger hairdresser started talking in Spanish. Ignored me completely still. Waited few more min. I approached the older lady and I told her I have had an appointment for 4pm. How long more do I need to wait? She said 10 more min. I said ok ill be right back. I literally grabbed a coffee and came back in 10 min. Meanwhile She accepted walking and started cutting someone else hair and blaming me and stating " I can't wait for you( bulging her eye and screaming), its walking alsoShe ONLY works here. She cant control online booking etc.. just full of nonsense. She could have apologize or make it sound nicer. She was the one saying 10more min. She literally tried her best make the situation worse. When I ask store manager's number, She was like i can't give you that. Ask her name she said she can't give me tht also.She wasted my time and so disrespectful. The worst costumer service. I don't know what kind of business is that!??? It's A shame for any costumer service. I'm gonna complain to head office. Stay away from this nerve wrecking people. Employee does whatever they feel like and just rude on purpose and nobody to talk and complain? One is directly rude, the other younger lady just as rude for letting all this happen. STAY AWAY!!POOR COSTUMER SERVICE! DISCRIMINATIVE BEHAIVOUR!!To the "owner" replying my review,Your reply didn't answer any of my concerns. That s why I don't find your apology sincere. Your employee s were very comfortable being rude. Even if I'm the only person they have been disrespected, doesn't change the fact that they were disrespectful. You have a wrong mentality. Not a single civilized soul in there I guess.

Terrible customer service. I have been a regular customer for several years. I called last week to make an appointment and got voicemail so I left a message. No one called back. The next day I called again and the person who answered told me that they were busy and to call back - what? I found another salon close to my home where I can walk to and got my hair done. A week later I got a call from First Choice responding to my voicemail. I told her I had gone elsewhere and would never come back to First Choice.Service: Hairstyling

Had my hair done by Marta for a wedding and it turned out absolutely perfect!! I had sent her a couple of inspo photos, and she made the look come to life beautifully! Friendly staff and great service at this location!

Worst professionalism. I booked an appointment with Marta for 11AM and when I reached the salon she wasn't there. No updates as well and then after 30 mons of wait I was told she will be 1 hour late. This has happened to me a couple of times.WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THERE.Service: Hairstyling
