Roger Das is the best. He has helped me for years, whether it is just jeans or a tie, or a whole outfit. He knows all his stock and whether it will look good on you even before you try it on. But where he really excels, is with custom made. He has helped me with suits for both my daughters' weddings. Last weekend, I was father of the bride in a custom tuxedo. Roger helped me with every detail. I felt like a million bucks and even got compliments on the day. The fit was perfect and the little custom elements made me feel like I was truly an individual. Roger is great.

Went in to buy a suit for an upcoming wedding because I put on weight and can't fit into my old ones. I don't have time for bespoke so I was planning to grab something off the rack. I asked for help and was just pointed to a rack of suits. I told the employee again that I needed someone to help with a fitting and they begrudgingly sent an even more rude associate who rolled her eyes when I asked for what's on sale (it's Christmas and who doesn't like a deal). She then proceeded to point to me to the same rack and asked me to try on the jacket without even giving me a changing room. She eventually did after I requested one and then she didn't even offer to bring me shoes or a shirt to try the suit with until i asked. Needless to say, we left the store and purchased a suit at a nearby competitor. I've purchased many suits from here in the past, Zegna to Brioni, and I have never been so disrespected as I was by this retail associate. Given that most of these sales people are still dressing like it's 2015, I should have known not to expect quality service. Oh Harry Rosen, how did you fall this far?

Amazing experience while Christmas shopping today. The clothing advisor Norman Wong provided me with exceptional service that is hard to come by at other stores lately. He was able to make great recommendations and even got my gift boxed and wrapped, ready to gift to a friend. Ask for Norman on your next stop at this location!!!

Today me and my friend went to Harry Rosen looking forward to purchase something and as soon as we walked in, we were being followed by one of the employees she has blonde short hair and always wears a blue vest or top I’m not quite sure this is not the first time nor the second time this has happened we’ve been followed in this specific store many times. She followed us from one entrance to another, and then proceeded to tell another employee that was working in a different section to watch us or to follow us. I made a complaint to one of the other workers, but I doubt he approached her with this and honestly it’s starting to seem very racist.

I got a 250ml TomFord perfume cost over a 1000$ which comes with a free atomizer from TF so you can use the 250ml bottle but they didn’t provide it, they promised to get one in few days and let me know but they failed to do so!
Also when you spend over 1k on perfume, you usually get free samples from the shop, they provided no samples.

Baha has been helping me for almost 10 years. An excellent and knowledgeable salesperson who remembers the clothes and styles that I like. She goes above and beyond and lets me know of specials and new arrivals. I keep coming back to Harry Rosen Yorkdale for her excellent service.

Christopher was amazing!
Dressed me up with his knowledge in fashion and great taste. I'm walking around proud in my new drip, and compliments from lots of people.
