“We were driving to Estevan, SK from Ottawa, ON and our check engine light came on just outside of Dryden, ON. We called CAA and they towed us to the Cdn Tire in Dryden. It was just closing so left the car there and back there first thing next morning only to find out their mechanic was out with a broken knee. They gave us a few referrals, called a couple and TLC, Paul, was the only one willing to see us that day. We got it towed to TLC, Paul drove us back to our hotel. He called us later explaining the problem. He had us on the road the next day by noon. TLC WAS GREAT!!!
I do have to mention, when we called CAA a second time to get a tow from Cdn Tire to TLC. CAA wouldn't do it. Their policy is no second tow for the same problem. Even though they dropped us at Cdn Tire. They left us stranded. We had to pay for the second tow. Very disappointed in CAA.”
