“I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Heirlooms Bridal Shoppe. Before finding them, I went to what felt like a million wedding dress stores and had so many heartbreaking and disappointing experiences. Finding your wedding dress is supposed to be one of the most special moments of the wedding planning process, and unfortunately, I had started to lose hope that I would ever have that experience. Then I found Heirloom, and everything changed. In my opinion, Heirloom is the best bridal shop in Ontario. From the moment you walk through the door, they make you feel so special, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. They understand that finding your wedding dress is about so much more than just finding a dress. It is about how you feel in it, and they made the entire experience feel exactly how I always imagined it would. Every person I interacted with was so kind, patient, and helpful from beginning to end. I never felt rushed or like I was just another appointment. They truly made me feel like my wedding and my dress mattered to them. And I have to give the BIGGEST shoutout to Susan, their seamstress. She is absolutely THE BEST. Susan has been in the business for more years than I have been alive, and after working with her, I completely understand why. She is incredibly talented, meticulous, and truly knows her craft. I am a very hard person to please and had a very specific vision for my dress, but Susan somehow brought every single part of that vision to life. She made my dresses absolutely perfect. I genuinely would not trust anyone else to touch them. She made me feel so comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire alteration process, and she never made me feel like any request was too much. She fulfilled every dream I had for my wedding dress, including adding the pink corset I had envisioned. She took something I already loved and made it feel completely and uniquely mine. After all of the disappointing experiences I had at other bridal stores, finding Heirloom felt like such a relief. They gave me the bridal shopping experience I had always dreamed of, and I will forever be grateful for that. If you are looking for your wedding dress, please go to Heirloom. You deserve to feel as special and beautiful as they make you feel. And if you are lucky enough to work with Susan, you are in the absolute best hands. I cannot recommend them enough. 🤍”

I tried on so many different styles, and based on my explanation of my venue, Amelia brought me a dress that was beyond perfect for me and my wedding—it was an instant yes. I had only brought my mom with me on this trip, and when I was in tears saying yes, I heard squealing beside me. A group of girls with their bride started celebrating with me, and it gave me the most amazing “girls supporting girls” feeling. It truly made the moment even more special.
