“I shop at this store every week. Since the Canadian tire store closed in the neighborhood, this store's business has picked up many folds. They also have Reverse Osmosis water fill station. This store has been around for decades. Staff is friendly and very helpful. You can go with questions about different products and the staff will be happy to answer and assist you. I believe they also do price match with competitors like Lowes or Home depot for similar products. Lennox is my go to guy when I have queries for any product and he exactly know where all the products are placed and he is very knowledgeable. Most of the times, he is looking out for customers and comes over asking the customers if he can be of any help. To me that's a top notch customer service. This kind of service is rare if we were to go to a box store.”

“The first time my parents ever let me leave the house on my own was with my older friend of a couple years Rory who lived next door back in around 1990 or so I was about 10. I was so excited when my mom agreed to let me go with him. We went for a walk a couple miles to Westcliff mall and into Home Hardware where we each had 10 dollars or so to spend given by our parents. Rory suggested we should buy our each of our parents a gift with the money we had been given. I think I bought some sort of a toolbox for my dad here or something. Every time I go to Westcliff, im so glad to see this place is still here as so many other places have come and gone. Like the fish and chips place and the video rental stores. Rest in Peace Rory”

“Clean store with accurate inventory control. Employees are somewhat helpful if not that knowledgeable. It is better run than other Rona locations and they are pretty organized. Like most retail stores you are better of acquiring product knowledge outside of the store as opposed to inside.”
“Visiting this nursery was a real eye opener. 1200 acres, employs 270 people and some university students too. Quite the massive operation. Numerous plants and trees at various stages of growth. Remarkable.”
