My wife and I moved to Dunnville back in Feb 2025, we transferred our prescriptions from the Hamilton Rexall to Dunnville, it was a seamless transition, the staff has been nothing but helpful and very friendly. Keep up the great work folks.

Very disorganized. Have now made a trip into town a few times to pick up a prescription that they keep assuring me will be in the next day. With all the pharmacy competition available in Dunnville you would think they would want to be a bit better at customer service. Please do better Rexall.

This store is never opened on time, hours say 8 but it never opens until 9 or after. Very frustrating
