I've never reviewed a gas station before, but the lady working here on Sunday late afternoon deserves an award for her tidyness. The last time I saw a clean washroom midday anywhere, was never. She's an excellent employee.

We just had quite the experience at this Esso station. My boyfriend and I got $20 in gas and he went in to pay for it. He had a winning scratch ticket worth $20, of which he used to pay for the gas. He also picked up two more $5 scratch tickets. The woman at the till charged him $30 and cashed his winner. He didn't notice until we were about to leave and I asked how much money we have left, when he realised that after walking into the store with $50 worth ($20 winner + $30 cash), yet walked out with $30 worth of stuff and no change. When he confronted her about it he waited to be served after everyone for about 20 minutes. She denied his claim at first, and by the end of the conversation the only reason she repaid us our money was because I had to walk in and explain it to her in a 100% idiot proof way. The minute he stepped into the store the second time she looked like she was about to puke. She knew what she did, the greatest part? She still tried to get away with pocketing $10 of our money. Sorry lady, we do know some math. Moral of the story? Workers here are scammers, double check your change and do not send children in for anything, they will be ripped off.
