I recently worked with Michael for a closing with a mutual client. Himself along with the Law Clerk, Angela, were nothing short of amazing! Their professionalism and communication was absolutely incredible with myself and our clients - something that seems to be lacking quite a bit with other law firms I have come across. My husband & I had Mike McGarry arrange our wills. He was very precise and made sure we understood all the options and every legal word in the documents. He took time to explain parts of the law that pertained to wills. He took all the stress out of the process. We were very satisfied with the final outcome and would definitely recommend Mike to anyone looking for a very good lawyer. His staff is also very professional and helpful and they make you feel welcome.

This Lawyer is very organised and explains everything about your proposal you may not have known. Mr. McGarry is very kind , accommodating and has a sharp humorous wit that is very relaxing and uplifting. I recommend his law service and I drive 2 hours for that service when needed!

Needed to get a RIN number for my company that purchased a vehicle. In Ontario, you need a "registrant identification number" so the ownership can be transferred from the dealer to a numbered company - anyone self employed knows this. Not only did Mr. McGarry NOT know what this was, he required something from the MTO to show that a notarized letter was even needed despite my telling him so and my willingness to pay his fee to have a formal request letter notarized. In the end, despite providing him proof and that all he needed to do was witness and notarize our signatures, he refused! He was beligerant, rude and unprofessional! If you are a business owner, I highly recommend you do NOT use this guy!

Needed Mr. McGarry to witness a signature my wife and I had to sign on behalf of our corporation. This was to obtain a RIN - registrant identification number. This is needed when a corporation in Ontario purchases a vehicle. Not only did he not know what it was, he demanded proof from the MTO that I had to have a notarized letter - as if I enjoy wasting my time and money on doing something that isn't necessary? He was rude, belligerent and ultimately refused to do it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
