Launch off bankment at the end of the ramp. This conservation area is located at the end of Coyne Road 14494. Do not tresspass on local farm properties. Property is a area nestled at the end of Coyne Road and connects to the river. Harvesting is prohibited; please contact LTVCA to request permission to harvest. Not easy to launch a canoe or kayak here, but at least it is something.

The launch is just that, launch… you’ll literally have to launch it off the massive bankment that’s been created at the end of the ramp…

As other reviews mention, this is just a patch of grass at the end of the road with a gradual hill down to the river. Not exactly easy to launch a canoe or kayak here from what I can see. But hey, at least it's something.
