“I booked my car in for an oil change and an inspection. The staff were very nice and polite. One thing I would have liked to know beforehand is that an oil change includes all fluid top-ups, so it helps to be specific when requesting a service.
As for the inspection, when I came to pick up my car I was told they didn’t fully understand what I was asking about. For the future, a quick phone call would have been appreciated so I could have clarified what I needed checked.”
