decent selection for the area

I had a disappointing experience at this store. There were three employees present: one was stocking shelves, and the two women were chatting with each other. When we entered and greeted them, we received no response as they were too engrossed in their conversation. There were no other customers in the store at the time. We picked up some beer and went to the checkout. We had to wait until one of the women finally decided to come to the register.
Even though it was clear that we were foreigners, she spoke so unclearly that we couldn't understand whether she was speaking English or French. When we asked her to repeat herself, she made no effort to be clearer. Her mumbling was so extreme that we couldn't recognize the language. Her attitude was downright rude. It's a shame to see such poor customer service, especially from someone so young. Customer service should be much better than this.

Cute family getaway. Local LCBO was walking distance from cottage, staff was super nice. Wish we had that atmosphere back in GTA. Must visit if in the area

By far the only place to purchase liquor in Ontario.Limited selection, high prices, and now the added convenience of not giving you a bag for your purchase!!!Really, what's not to love about the LCBO!

Fairly small location and the selection reflects that but the staff is super helpful and I'm sure if you are ordering something they would be helpful.

They have liquor and a walk in beer cooler. How can you go wrong? The staff were extremely friendly.
