A beautiful walk in the winter. You have to park at road, the trail is well packed and the falls are just rolling with water and the ice is very nice

Came here on October 29, 2023. The park is beautiful and has a slightly challenging albeit short hike up the slope to go up to the waterfall stream. You also could visit the water at the end of the rapids and see the water there. All in all, a very nice and enjoyable sightseeing spot for Algonquin.

Must see!! This waterfall is amazing, you can climb the giant rocks and get really close to the water, could even set up a chair right on the rocks and just relax right on top of the falls...I was impressed with how big the falls were.

The Ragged falls are surprisingly beautiful and easily accessible (just a 300m hike from the parking to the fall). The view of the lake from the falls is nice too. It’s a very serene region.

What a beautiful sight this waterfalls was. With trails amongst the trees. Great photo opportunities, and amazing views of the waterfall from different spots. There is a small rapid up past the big falls.Restrooms: smell a bit of waste and chemicals.

Short walk off the highway to enjoy a beautiful spectacle. Great place to check out while visiting Algonquin or on the way out. No problem for my 8 year old to walk the 250m trail or so, though it's a moderate climb. Especially impressive when water levels are high.Restrooms: There are outhouses, but they were particularly unpleasant when we visited.

One of the best water fall, really short track to reach to the waterfall. Small parking area. There are two paths left side path goes to the river area where you can do kayak and small boating. Right side path goes toward water fall area. You can do small hike/track along with river. Hidden gem and must visit place if you are near this side.

Beautiful waterfall in the spring, definitely recommend going sometime in May to really see it rushing. Bugs were moderate, use bugs pray. There are washrooms, the standard outdoor ones. Limited parking.

Everyone going to Algonquin park for a day of hiking should walk this quick trail. Expect to be here between 20-30 minutes. Please be advised that dogs and kids that don't listen to directions should NOT go here.

Beautiful stop as you make your way through Algonquin. Came in winter time, parking lot closed but path is snowblown.

The falls are super interesting in winter and it was secluded the day i went. just be careful, the ice doesn't all freeze, not for walking on! In late Jan there was a clear walking path (with winter shoes of course) from the road, but you can't drive in. People seemed to park short term on the road across the highway in winter. In fall it was beautiful and rock hopping was really fun, but on the weekend it was a very busy place. Everyone was having a picnic somewhere. Still found a spot and had ours though!
