“The wiring on my trailer was not working, which meant I would have had to change vacation plans. Phoned and went to at least 6 other shops and they would either not want to help or not be able to look at it for a few weeks. The place that installed the wiring tried to upsell me a new wiring package for several hundred bucks and it would still be 2 weeks. Jim saw me the next morning, identified the problem as nothing more than a blown fuse, and fixed it right away without even charging. This allowed me to take my tent trailer on vacation, as originally planned. Very happy with this service. Thanks Jim!!!”

“I made an appointment for an oil change in early January. My vehicle was taken in at the time of the appointment despite the fact it appeared to be very busy. Although the vehicle did not require an oil change at that time, the coolant level was low. This was taken care of and Tina , who is excellent in her role as proprietor and boss explained next steps for me in the most helpful terms. Both she and the staff are excellent in dealing with the customer. I left feeling well taken care of and happy. I highly recommend this Midas location, you will not be disappointed with the service and quality provided.”

“No need to keep looking, if they can help you, they will.I was stranded and not able to go to work because my Volkswagen was overheating. I was unable to drive from Mississauga to Aurora without having to stop and wait at a parking lot for my engine to cool before adding coolant.Despite the busy time of year, they were the only shop in the area (including my own mechanic) that would help me without waiting 5 days. They diagnosed the problem (a radiator leak) before I even got home and fixed it that day.They seem to genuinely care and give you the family vibe. If they can’t fix it, they were willing to help me find somewhere that would. Honestly the entire team at Suters was great!They will have my business moving forward.”

The website for service appointments is very good and easy to interact with. As part of the tire change, I appreciated the overall check of the car and the service report with pictures, particularly since it was my son’s car and not my own and I was able to book a brake service for the following day. The front desk staff were great and Alfonso gave me a good explanation of the service report. Great to see Midas’ return to Bradford and would highly recommend the team at this location.”

Not only did you test - and help, BUT you communicated with him. His experiences with Hearing people have not always been the kindest. A big shout out to "Ben" for communicating, being kind, speaking with me to translate and taking time out to not only do your job but to factor in that he cannot hear - and treated him with respect.
