“I have worked in the service department in a couple dealerships, and I can tell you there is the good, bad and ugly! I started going to Marks a few years ago upon the recommendation of a shop owner who retired and sold his business. I take my car in there as recommended for upkeep maintenance and I never worry about what has to be done as they go above and beyond. They look after me, if I need parts out of regular service Mark takes the time to make the calls and gets the best deals! The mechanics are honest, efficient and check beyond the service the car is in for to make sure all is good with my vehicle! I have recently moved but will continue to bring my car to Marks, finding a reputable Service Centre that is honest and works for your best is very hard to find! I had an excellent experience at Tirecraft Aurora and can confidently give them five stars.
I brought my 2017 Mazda CX-9 in for what I thought might be tire noise or suspension-related issues. Instead of guessing or upselling, the team took the time to properly diagnose the issue, including a thorough road test and inspection. They quickly identified the real problem as a front wheel bearing, explained everything clearly, and gave me practical options rather than pressure.
What really stood out was their honesty and restraint. They recommended replacing only the bearing that was clearly failing, even though it would have been easy to push for doing both. After the repair, they road-tested the vehicle again and explained that most of the noise was resolved, while transparently noting that the other bearing may need attention in the future — not urgently, and only when it actually becomes an issue.
Adam and Adrian were fantastic to deal with — calm, knowledgeable, and extremely customer-focused. They listened carefully, answered questions thoroughly, and were clearly focused on getting to the right repair quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively, not just selling work. As someone who’s usually cautious and tends to use dealerships, this level of professionalism and trust made a huge impression.
Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and there were no surprises. This is the kind of shop that earns long-term customers.

“This place is really good. My boyfriend told me it is a family run business, they are honest and do not overcharge. Today I had an issue with my vehicle not starting and then it started so I was able to go there and have it checked out. Andrew looked it over and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. He mentioned maybe the starter could be the issue but its now working. They did not charge me to check the vehicle and took me at the last minute. Thank you Andrew and Jenny. Your Amazing!”
