“Just start with Oksana! She was a breeze to work with - prompt, efficient, professional, and quick to provide excellent pricing on exactly the xc90 hybrid I wanted. The time I spent driving to Newmarket was much better spent than the time I wasted waiting for salespeople at other Volvo dealerships to come back with competitive pricing - some never did. Tamara and Issy made the delivery just as seamless. Great service from beginning to end. Perfection end to end. Highly recommend Oksana and the team!”

“I had Auto Select Repair replace the lower control arm on my Porsche Taycan and really appreciated their honesty and care throughout the process. They gave me a transparent quote, charging exactly what the dealer directly quoted me for the part. When the dealer ended up charging them less, Mel actually pointed it out and reduced the price accordingly. Shop supplies were itemized clearly and were negligible, rather than hidden in a markup. Nick also took the time to show me the issue with the old part, which I appreciated. Rather than have me pay for an alignment now and again after I replace my tires in a week, they recommended waiting. That kind of straightforward advice saved me money and earned my trust. Only downside is that they’re often booked a few weeks in advance, so plan ahead. Highly recommend them.”

“Audrey and her team are fantastic. My engine misfired in Newmarket, and as fortune would have it, M & A happened to be the closest shop. Audrey took me in immediately and explained what issues were diagnosed step by step. The engine issues were repaired by the next day. She was extremely diligent and went above and beyond. If I lived closer, this would hands-down be my go-to auto shop. Thank you, Audrey and team!”

“I highly recommend the team of professionals at this auto repair shop. The owners are active in supporting coop work placements for people learning the auto trades. They helped me with my older 2013 Mercedes C300 that was having ABS issues. The work was done quickly and at a very affordable price. They called me with the details of the work and a choices for parts before making repairs. My car is working perfectly now and I am very happy with the service. I will be trusting Ace and his team with all my car maintenance and repairs going forward. A big shout out to Kaz and Veronica too, for all the help. Do yourself a favour and take your car to these professionals for the best service around.”

“We had an excellent experience at Volkswagen of Newmarket, and Matthew Belcredi was fantastic to deal with from beginning to end. Matthew made everything feel smooth and straightforward. We never felt rushed or pressured, and he always took the time to answer our questions and explain everything clearly. When it came time to pick up the Golf R, he also did a great job walking us through the car and showing us the features in detail, which made the delivery experience even better. If you’re looking for a Volkswagen at this dealership, I would absolutely recommend asking for Matthew. Thank you again, Matthew!”

“I was driving through Newmarket yesterday (Saturday of a long weekend) in the middle of a 2 hour trip with my family when we detected a burning plastic smell - which turned out to be coming from an overheated wheel/seized brake caliper. I called many auto repair shops, all of which were either closed or didn't answer. We were stranded and out of options. Finally, a fine gentleman (I think his name may be Francis?) answered the phone and agreed to meet me at his shop which turned out to be only a few minutes from where we were stopped. Incredibly, after disassembling the caliper and applying penetrating oil, he was able to get it working again. We took it on a test drive and confirmed it was working properly. After spending the better part of an hour getting us back on the road - he didn't even want any money for his above and beyond services! He just wished us a good trip! Wow...Francis (I hope that is your name!) - you are an angel. He even texted me later to check on how the brakes were performing (they were still fine). Easily the most honest and generous mechanic I have ever dealt with - and I have dealt with a great number over the decades. Amazing person!Service: Auto brake repair”
