After trying on multiple computers and other operating systems it was the SSD. He instantly said he would help out and took the SSD to test. A day after he couldn't get the issue to occur but regardless gave us a new replacement free of charge. Highly recommend”

My laptop is in need of a new screen and I told them I would be back once I can afford it. They didn't try to up sell me or rip me off. I was even impressed with how nice the lady was on the phone.
