Costco is Costco always busy over crowded cashing out is always a nightmare! Staff always do there best to keep up with the crowds! Always deals to be found but then again you have to deal with parking and crowds!

Honestly, the hotdogs are really good and the price is amazing. There’s seating options (although they’re crowded) and the parking isn’t too bad along the side of the building. I didn’t realize so many people come to Costco for the food, but now I actually understand why.You can access the food court without a membership. It can be a little bit awkward walking in through the “exit” and some high-intensity shoppers leaving may have some mean remarks. Just mention your intention to the staff member at the door on your way inside and try to stay along the side and out of the exiting shoppers path!

You can get almost everything for your home. Prices are great. The membership pays off. Returns are easy. Very organized. After a few visits you exactly know what to find and where.I love the samples too. There are vegetarian/vegan samples too. One of our favorite biweekly shopping place.

When you go to the checkout counter, there is a female cashier who checks your card extraordinarily by holding it in front of her. Other cashiers do not ask for your card, but only scan the barcode on the card to check. They will also take a quick look at the photo. A long time ago, I had the unpleasant experience of this cashier checking my face and the picture on my card like a police officer. It was so unpleasant that I suspected it was a very racist act. After that, I began to avoid this cashier, but when I looked for a checkout counter with a short line, I often encountered it. Even if I post this unpleasant experience, this attitude will never change. The cashier does not go against the cashier's business rules, but rather works smartly. This will result in other cashiers working poorly. Looking at the receipt, it says number 77, Janet.

BEWARE OF THE TIRE CENTER: The actual mechanics are generally. However, most of the administration staff are just not polite nor considerate. Two reasons why I bought 4 sets of tires from Costco for all our vehicles: 1) Free balancing... But when I need to balance them I have to drive to Costco to get an appointment because the online system is never properly working and the phone is never picked up. When I do get there the earliest appointment is like a month away. What's the point of "Free balancing" when I can't get them balanced within a reasonable amount of time? 2) Warranty but when I had to use it/check why a tire installed at Costco was losing pressure I was told to wait a week for an appointment... In what world does it take a week to look at what the issue is? And if hypothetically I need a new tire I'll also have to wait 2 weeks for it to come in... So that's 3 weeks of not using my car. Honestly, I tried liking them. But waiting for tires to be changed/oil to be changed for hours on end and having to go to a different tire shop to get tires repaired while also that being one of two reasons I bought tires from Costco in the first place is really disappointing. Some of the staff are nice, but a few that could care less make the experience just awful. I would always advise my family to buy tires from Costco, now I'm advising not to.I know the tire center has its own page on Google maps... But many don't look at it so I hope this helps people understand the situation better. The actual Costco is really good, the staff are very nice and the management seems very polite and understanding. But the tire center is kind of the opposite.I never dislike someone personally, but rather when service is just plain bad, it has to be brought to attention and meaningful steps have to be taken to invoke change.

I'm not quite sure, may be I am mistaken, but we always buy pack of six Romaine Hearts lettuce whenever available.Recently my wife told my that the pack feels lighter than usual and the lettuce are looking tinier. First I didn't notice, but today I checked the package and she was right. The packages are sold by numbers in pack, not weight.I have not checked if we pay the same price then and now.Has anybody noticed that as well?

We changed our winter tires and the sensor of one of our tires and it took 2.5 hrs. After that long of a wait, we found that the pressure of one of the tires was at 52 instead of the 33 it's supposed to be at. The sensor they placed also didn’t work. After a week, they booked us another appointment to fix it and took another 3 hrs. Their horrible customer service and lack of respect of our time is ridiculous. We are not going to come back here again for these services.

A decent location, but honestly quite taken aback by being asked for a membership upon entry. I shop at 4-6 other locations who all do not ask (or make me rummage through my purse) until the checkout lane. The lady asking for cards was also getting very close to people’s belongings. She looked in a purse and touched another. It was strange. That aside, an excessive amount of staff, not as great of a selection overall, and those at sample booths didn’t say a word which is odd to me compared to other locations where I typically get a smile, a sentence or two, and some friendly smile or nod.

Can be a little busy, but only if you hit peak times. I find most of the staff very helpful and pleasant. Just had fantastic service this month at both the optical department and the pharmacy! Only 4 stars as the line to leave the warehouse, to check your cart/receipt has been getting longer lately. Hopefully it can be remedied before the holidays begin.

This place has all the staples but less variety of international foods than the ones in GTA. Clean, busy and prices are on par with other stores. The greeters need a little chair or something they seem grumpy. The display areas can be a little more prominent to be honest, especially in the isles. My favourite section is a gift section next to all the seasonal decor. Cute and pretty and the gifts cost is reasonable.

Great array of products and alternatives and pricing is usually competitive. Could do with a little more organization and orderliness within the store, and staff could be a bit more polite in communicating "policies" digitally for newer members that may not be aware.

The worst Costco I've ever been to. They never have stock. New items are at every Costco but amazingly not this one. It's also a mess. Boxes in aisles. Skids in the aisles. All displays in a huge mess. It always looks like a tornado just hit the store. They never have the new products. You can never find anyone that works there. This place is an absolute shit show. The one in orillia or Richmond hill are so much better. We drive a little further to avoid this dumpster fire of a store.Even the food court is the WORST. So slow. So messy. So gross. The manager here should be ashamed.

I understand that the Cashier job is one of the hardest. I respect all the cashiers. However, I went to this Costco today with my sister and we had a very bad experience with this employee name, Julia N. so my sister had the membership and I was hold her credits card and phones and wallets. She was loudly saying that the member has to pay and I said it is the member’s card. She did not check any of her identification and called her manager Hailey. This Hailey didn’t check anything and started supporting her employee without investigating anything. Julia was Rowling her eyes like we steal anything from Costco. We had the membership for many years at Costco and we normally go to the Barrie Costco and we never had this kind of experience. The manager, Hailey was also treating us like we stole or did something wrong. Very bad experience and I will take this to Costco customer service. They ruined our Saturday. They discriminate. JULIA PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS TO ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS. You have this job because of Costco customers. Be RESPECTFUL. Investigate first before you accuse someone.
