Terrible Customer Service and Discrimination
I had an awful experience at this store. After purchasing work shoes using a gift card and Debit, I explicitly requested a gift receipt and the return of my gift card in case I needed to return the shoes. Despite asking multiple times, the staff failed to provide either. When I returned to make a return, I was rudely told by a supervisor (possibly named Eliza) that I needed the gift card, contradicting what they had previously assured me.
The supervisor was not only dismissive but also made an offensive comment about me speaking my “home language,” Persian, during my prior visit. This discriminatory remark was both hurtful and unprofessional. Additionally, the store's "OPEN" sign was off during my visit, giving the impression it was closed.
This was my second and last visit to this location. The staff’s passive-aggressive tone, lack of accountability, and outright disrespect made me feel unwelcome. I would not recommend this store to anyone, and I’ll be sharing my experience with others in my community.

Very super laziest ladies working here i bought last year I had good shoes but this night I went she doesn't know basic how to search name i helped her how to search i found my details in system now still she confused alot

We’re not helpful. Used excuses . Very rude . Blamed me for the other employees mix up. Never go back. They were more interested standing around talking to each other.

Just went in with my buddy to buy a new pair of blundstone boots for aprox $280.00, there were two girls working in the place and not one asked us if we need help.
They both standing behind the counter chit chatting with each other and laughing away.
I had to ask about warranty and we had find our owen sizes. Thanks for the great help. Won't be buying boots from this place again

On the evening of February 29, 2024, I visited this store. Unfortunately, the staff was unhelpful and disrespectful, displaying a lack of proper training with their somewhat aggressive responses to inquiries. As a city employee with our office holding a contract to purchase safety boots from this establishment, I found the service to be disappointing. I have decided not to patronize this store in the future.It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. If you value your time, I recommend looking elsewhere for your workwear needs.

The women with purple hair has probably one of the worse attitude horrible customer service!!! myself being in customer service as well you are losing business based on her. She’s also a liar said it’s 1 month for return exchange when nothing on the receipt states that! Lost my respect and business!
