A great experience! Direct-Repair's quote was comparable with others I received but I chose them to repair our Genesis G80 for several reasons: (1) the quote was provided to me on the spot - no waiting, (2) the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, (3) their facilities were spotless and it was clear they had real passion for their work and (4) they were able to start the work right away. The car was done in the time promised and on budget and the work exceptional - the car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. The car was cleaned inside and out before being returned. It was a great experience and I will definitely return if I ever need any more work on our cars. Thanks again!

Direct Repair Leaside did an amazing job. This business is run with integrity and customer service in mind. They even found something that wasn't included in the original quote and did it for free. I needed a bumper replaced and TD Insurance was taking over a month to connect me with a preferred shop, which in turn was going to need 3 more weeks to start the repair. I found Direct-Repair Leaside myself and got the most amazing service! The owner took my car on a very short notice and kept me updated on everything. The new bumper looks amazing!! I am incredibly glad I found this shop. Plus, it's located right next door to Enterprise rental. I highly recommend Direct-Repair Leaside.

I am a repeated customer. Dougei's team did a great job with my 2005 Mercedes SLK350 that required body repair 6+ years ago. The job was done very well and the car still looks good.I brought in my 2018 Lexus LS500 that had scratches to the rocker. They managed to repair the broken rocker and repair the scratches without replacing with a new rocker. The job is very well done, you cannot tell after it was finished. They saved my several hundreds by doing the repair of the plastic rocker because the new part costs a ton of money.A solid honest old fashioned body shop. I thanked the whole team when I picked up the car.

Direct Repair in Leaside has exceeded my expectations once again. Everyone was pleasant and professional. My car looks as good as when we picked it up from the dealership. These guys are amazing. I damaged the passenger side mirror on my Volkswagen Golf late on a Friday afternoon. By Saturday noon I had a quote on the repair. By Tuesday they had the replacement part and completed the job. Throughout the process they were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Plus, they gave me a great price. Direct Repair did an awesome job repairing our car after an accident. They directly dealt with the insurance company making it very convenient for us. They also worked very efficiently from getting the parts ordered immediately to repairing the damages within a week. Two other body shops told me I needed a full bumper replacement but Direct-Repair was able to do it as a (perfect) repair, saving me hundreds of dollars.
