“Bought a turntable that developed an issue shortly after I started using it. The Leaside store exchanged for another unit, no hassles, good service. Highly recommended.”

“Amazing customer service from Amy! I had a very large, very last minute order that she kindly accommodated for me, on top of educating me about my options, providing recommendations, and trying to provide me with the best price possible. I am truly grateful for how she went above and beyond for me.”

“What makes a store great is its team. I had a wonderful experience at this store today. Niro, Nikki, Steve and other staff members provided me with the most friendly and supportive customer service I've had in years. If in-store shopping can beat online shopping in any way, it's the compassion and the human touch. This is my go-to store for tech from now on.”
