“My car has a problem. The dealer checked it and told me that they need order a part which would be delivered from Germany. They scheduled to fix it in 6 days. So I rent a car for 6 days from Advantage Car Rentals Thornhill.
But just after one day Mercedes called me that they received the part and fixed my car.
So I went to Advantage Car Rentals to ask if I can return the car early. The employee Jitin is very nice and honest, he let me returned the car. Their price is very good, no hidden fee. Their service is also very good . The car is very clean.
I would definitely come to this store again if I need to rent a car.

“I had the best experience ever! Rented a truck during the Jan 16, 2025 snow storm. The employee was on time and was cleaning snow off the truck at 8am. Truck was perfect, drove through the snow without a problem. We returned the truck several hrs after we said we will and were not charged a cent extra since we had 24hr limit. Although the foot brake had triggered the service lights (abs and traction control lights), the staff explained the reason and calm me down and also explained that was their fault and will not charge me extra. They told me that they will take care of the foot brake and the service lights. The staff are nice and professional. This is always my go to place when I need a truck rental. Good services.”
