“Pretty good place overall. Easy access to the storage units and the staff are always friendly and willing to help out when needed, especially that girl at the front desk, McKenzie.... She was really helpful today when I had an issue with the bay entrance and helped get it sorted out”
“Kayla was very helpful at answering all of the questions at the Lakeshore facility. I have yet to move my things there yet so a follow up review will be conducted after the storage unit has served its purpose.”

“This was a great rental experience. Brian and Mazeen were so kind and provided amazing customer service. I’ve been soured by bad experiences at other rental companies, and I will never need to go to another place. They were transparent about the amount to pay and explained all the fine print. Thank you!”
“First time renting a car and luckily I rented here at Durham Car Rental. They were very straightforward and the price is reasonable. They even let me drive their brand new car because it was my birthday that day?”
“My car has a problem. The dealer checked it and told me that they need order a part which would be delivered from Germany. They scheduled to fix it in 6 days. So I rent a car for 6 days from Advantage Car Rentals Thornhill.
But just after one day Mercedes called me that they received the part and fixed my car.
So I went to Advantage Car Rentals to ask if I can return the car early. The employee Jitin is very nice and honest, he let me returned the car. Their price is very good, no hidden fee. Their service is also very good . The car is very clean.
I would definitely come to this store again if I need to rent a car.
Highly recommended this store.”
“After my car was stolen I used enterprise while insurance took its sweet time.
The level of customer service at this location was beyond what I could have expected. I rented a Ford F-150 and it was sooo awesome. I wish I could remember names, but the lady who originally gave me the run down on the truck also shared my love for it and the man who helped me after gave me a really good deal for my second week of renting.
All in all even though I own a car, I will 1000000000% go back to this location to rent that sweet truck again. Thank you SO MUCH to the staff”
“The experience at the Dufferin and Yorkdale location was great
Alex at this location was very thorough and cleared to explain everything
I did not leave the property without him leaving the table open for any questions that I had
The truck was unbelievably comfortable and clean
The drop off went just as well and the follow up call was appreciated a day later.
Thanks Enterprise for making the experience awesome
Will definitely go back”
“I had an outstanding experience renting a truck, and a big part of that was thanks to Nicole.
From the beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She answered all my questions promptly, made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free, and followed up afterward to ensure everything went well. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
Nicole represents the company exceptionally well, and her dedication to customers deserves recognition. I will definitely return for future rentals and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
Thank you, Nicole, for making this such a positive experience!”

“*** PLEASE READ WHEN BOOKING *** Really convenient location! Dealer has been trying to get Uhaul to update truck location but they’re unresponsive. CORRECT LOCATION OF TRUCK IS: 55 Erskine in the BACK PARKING LOT, spot #9.”
“The pick up experience was smooth. Although the foot brake had triggered the service lights (abs and traction control lights), the staff explained the reason and calm me down and also explained that was their fault and will not charge me extra. They told me that they will take care of the foot brake and the service lights. The staff are nice and professional. This is always my go to place when I need a truck rental. Good services.”
