“This past summer, I took the plunge and had my red brick bungalow painted with a product called Romabio Flat that I purchased from Primetime Paint and Paper. I’m not sure, but I think they are the only provider in Ontario of this product. I am so pleased with the outcome This 70 Year old house had unsightly brick stains from old siding that could not be removed and had bothered me for years. But they are completely gone. The entire house has been transformed, and I couldn’t be happier. The product is not cheap, but after spending some time doing my homework, it was the only choice for me to give me the peace of mind knowing that it would not peel or crack. I also want to give a shout out to the staff at both the Parklawn and Queen Street locations in Toronto. They helped me choose the colour They were very patient with me as I had a lot of questions And Leeza from the Queen Street location, acting on behalf of both locations, was a godsend. She is without question their most knowledgable staff member on this product. I only wish I had done this years ago. 😁”
“Brought in a tricky wall sample and they matched it way closer than I expected. Grabbed Benjamin Moore Aura Bath Paint from their site too and the color sat just right once it dried.”
“Excellent service and communication, super friendly staff, and a great example of an experienced family business that’s been around for many many years.”
“Hands down best customer service. I had chosen the wrong colour and Angie was very helpful and saved the day. Everyone here is pleasant to work with, thanks Monarch!”
“Found RefinishX on Google, while searching for touch-up paint. Hikmat and his team provided me with top-notch customer service. RefinishX, actually inquired about what I needed, in terms of how much paint and how I was applying it. And the touch-up paint I purchased was a 100% MATCH.Highly Recommend!”
“I have been coming to this store for over 10 years. Edwin has always been a great help with selecting the right paint colours, finishes, and all the items needed for the job. This is the ONLY paint store that I will go to for all my house painting and fence staining needs. Highly recommended”
“Benjamin Moore has been our go-to store for the past 3 years, and Masoud has helped us every time we go there. They have a variety of options, and the staff even give you tips, walk you through how to paint by yourself, and answer all questions. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a smooth shopping experience. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality paint and expert advice!”
“I’ve been here only a handful of times and each time has been a super positive experience with myself leaving with more knowledge than what I entered with. Staff are super positive and friendly and EXTREMELY helpful to answer any questions or concerns I have about my car paint fixes. I was given better advice than what I had originally planned to do with my curb rashed wheels. And I couldn’t be happier!”
“Nick was an absolute gem. He took the initiative to go above and beyond to help us. We appreciated how thorough he was in finding us the right paint. Nick is truly knowledgeable and professional. He made our experience at this store superb.”
“I got excellent service at Colour Wave, I had questions and I received thorough answers for everything. Prices were standard and not inflated, which is very important these days.”
“Had a great experience at Benjamin Moore. The staff were very friendly, and the store manager is an amazing person. I visited the store four times in the same day, and they were still patient, helpful, and welcoming every time. They took the time to show me all my options for my patio and helped me make the right choice. Great service from a great team!”
“We went to the store to get some paint to give a new look to our apartment. There was a young lady working there called Mitra. She went above and beyond to help us get what we were looking for. We had no idea that we were supposed to prep the walls. She explained everything in details and offered high quality products. We're in love with our wall. The staff there are amazing and the products are superb. Would definitely go back and recommend the place.”
