We have done a lot of banking (mortgages, setting up accounts)with the manager Ron Schauer at this branch and he has been always helpful in every way. We have owned a few houses & dealt with other banks & managers over the years & he is the best. Takes time to listen, explain, returns calls & is cheerful.

Absolutely terrible experience. My husband went to the branch to make a third party deposit. The teller Judy asked him for his driver license to do the transaction. But manager stopped her and told my husband because he is not BMO client and recipient is not client of this particular branch he can’t do the transaction and send him to Pembroke to use a different bank, for him it wasn’t to far of the drive. We are small local business and do third party deposits all the time, we have never been refused to do this kind of service with any other branches . We had to spend our time to drive to Pembroke and back, waste our gas and pay $60 for transfer from TD, and lose an hour and a half of work. We actually went to the BMO in Pembroke after all, and they were surprised that we were denied this service. So, quiet possible the stuff of the BMO in Eganville don’t know how to do their job, or just simply don’t want to work. Would never recommend this branch!Edit week later. Everything that bank wrote is total lie. I did send them my contact with all explanations, but no one ever contacted me. Now it’s understandable that branch manager can act the way he does, there is no consequences for very poor customer service.

Unprofessional teller, rude Manager, and they will treat you even worse when they find out you attended a different BMO for help.Especially if you’re not from this town!

This branch is the best! The employees here, branch manager (forgive me I've forgotten his name), Mark, and the wonderful ladies behind the counter, are the only reason I still have an account with this bank!

I went to this branch today from out of town and was met with a rude and unprofessional atmosphere. I tried to find help from the elderly gentleman who was "working" as a clerk. He did not make eye contact with me while he accused me of trying to use a stolen card that was eaten by their atm machine. There was help from any of the branch members with regards to obtaining the card that was eaten, their suggestion was to drive 45 minutes to a different bank.
