My work truck was brought in for a recall on the wipers....while in the shop the staff took it apon themselves to not only do the recall but they did a great job cleaning the inside & out I was pleasantly surprised when I picked my work truck up this morning

I have been dealing with this Ford dealership for the last 6 years. My experience has been very positive regarding my warranty . Marian the service manager is very thorough. She kept Ford's part of the warranty right up to the very end of the maintenance package I bought. Marian knows her job .
