Staff has generally been polite, up until today. I came in for a refill yesterday, not realizing that I had not been issued any more refills by my doctor. Nobody had told me. The person I was dealing with there was very polite and told me that he'd fax my doctor and I should call them again tomorrow, (now today) as they'd likely be able to fill my prescription. When I called today, a different guy on the phone was very rude, basically treated me like an idiot for calling, (which I was told to), telling me "you were here yesterday, remember"? and then after a bit of silence on his end, just hung up on me. I think I'll be going with shoppers from now on, despite the rest of the staff being nice.

Worst pharmacy ever. Never once have I ever heard of a pharmacy who won’t forward a prescription to the correct pharmacy, which got sent accidentally due to clinical errors. They are inconsiderate and don’t care about patients well-being. Other pharmacies were happy to help. The first time the lady was talking a hundred words a minute and said “No I am not sending it.” She even hung up on my pharmacist who was calling on my behalf. The lady who takes calls cancelled it after and I was left with no medication for a week, and I live ten hours away where I cannot drive to pick it up even if I wanted to. If you can send your prescription to another pharmacy, I highly suggest you do so. It was a nightmare dealing with this error. They only care about money, if they don’t make money off u, they don’t care at all. Again worst pharmacy I have ever came across. Two of the pharmacist who tried to help me, said they never witnessed a pharmacy who would not cooperate. What ever they say about legality is not true.

I went in for some flyer sales, but I couldn't find any of them. I went to ask a worker and they told me that their store doesn't actually get a lot of the flyer items as it is a smaller store. Defeats the purpose of having a Rexall in town if there's few products to actually buy. Walked out and bought my items from Shoppers Drug Mart.

They had a ton of sales when I went cashier was friendly def a better experience than shoppers ! I also got my third vaccine here the pharmacy staff was nice enough .

ALWAYS check best before dates on everything you may purchase at this store. From medications past due a full year to cereals over a month past due check all dates. Stock poorly managed
