Horrible service, if you get hacked they treat you like a criminal! Still following me 10 yrs later

I required a great deal of the teller's time today for the required service. Alison and her sidekick (so sorry I forgot her name, lovely woman with purple-tinted hair) were so patient, so professional, so articulate and so warm that I left the bank feeling my issues were resolved, and I'm sure that I almost skipped out of the bank feeling that I had been treated so warmly and respectfully. Thank you ladies.

The service here, compared to the scotia bank in Elliot is DAY and Night difference. The customer service tellers/branch Manager are all very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend using TD over any others in Elliot Lake.

SHAME on TD Elliot Lake for lack of customer service for senior citizen clients! My Dad is recently widowed and has gone to this branch FOUR separate times regarding repayment of his late wife’s TD Auto loan. The branch staff provided him a 1-866 number to call… he is elderly and does not have the capacity to navigate automated phone systems. I have called on his behalf and was told he should go to the branch in person. We did and then was told he needed an appointment. I called customer service again, explaining my Dad is elderly & has an anoxic brain injury affecting his short term memory - they will not allow a conference call for security purposes & he is not able to call himself. He returned to the branch to pay off the loan in full, they were unable to give him current balance & gave him the call in number again!!! He sat in the waiting chairs & tried to call TD Auto himself, he had wanted to pay it off on the spot and just needed an accurate balance to use debit card or write a checque. He got frustrated that he was dealing with a computer and not customer service & gave up. This is beyond unacceptable! Elderly people & those with special needs have a right to customer service & in person banking service.

I went in to pay of a loan. the teller wound not accept it because not the right amount. I call and I was told to mail it and they not understand my the teller wound not accept it. A MONTH LATER THAY TALL ME THEY NOT RECIECE IT IT WAS NOT RETURN AND IT AS NOT BEEN CASH THEY NEED FIND OUT WHAT THEY DID WITH IT

The Elliot Lake branch has a lot to boast about. The very kind and courteous staff are always ready to help. When the ATM won't do and you need to talk to a Teller, it's worth the wait. They are quite thorough and treat each customer with respect and dignity.

I was treated so rudely at this bank by the “manager,” I use that term loosely. She refused me service because I did not look familiar to her, even though I had my bank card, the correct pin and 2 pieces of ID. She was just on a power trip and couldn’t believe I owned a business. She went as far as to announce that she was freezing my accounts. The transfer was only completed after my home branch called and made them do the transfer. Good luck to anyone trying to do business in this area.

this cantt be a bank, because it feels like youved walked in to a family homestead. All it requires is a good fire in the fireplace and a hunting dog lying fast asleep in front of it.Your TD staff treat ever one just like family. Please dont ever change.
